Shipping policy

Orders take 5-7 business days to process, package and ship your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock. Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 2-4 days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

RUSH SHIPPING:
We do not offer rush shipping at this time. Items in our shop are made to order, meaning we custom print each item as an order is received. We do not keep excess inventory and stock (this allows us to offer a wide range of designs in various colors and sizes). This process takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:
Sometimes we ship items separately if there are any back orders or stock delays so as not to hold up your entire order if there are items available to ship sooner.

In addition, some items go through a different production process and so ship separately due the the nature of the item purchased. For example:
Mugs will ship separately because they need to be packaged in a way to protect them from breaking in transit.
